Return policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange return, you may return items that are in unused and original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can only be returned prior authorization form Ivy & Lune. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
